Your Trainer could be profiting from your night work. We seem to agree on that in a roundabout way. Hop off.
If you were my Student, you would be doing both Day and Night as dictated by your Logs and according to published company trainers policy and book with guidelines for goals for you to meet during the 8 to 12 weeks you are learning. If something comes up, it gets taken care of within a few minutes. Sometimes students go away because of unwillingness to lump freight or secure loads etc. Other times they go away because they do not follow instruction.
Im done here. You have enough on your plate dealing with the situation with that trainer of yours. I wish you luck.DRAGON64 Thanks this. -
I've been with Prime through the process of coming in as a PSD, driving on a dedicated company route, driving OTR company, being a company trainer, and finally being a pretty successful lease op trainer. I profited greatly from heeding the advice given to me by Fullmetaljacket. You would be greatly remiss not to do the same. He has provided you the most solid pieces of advice with regards to succeeding as a driver here at Prime. You will do whatever it is that you choose to do, but know that the odds are very much a stacked against you. You don't know what you don't know. Spend some time as a company driver get your legs under you and don't jump into anything without knowing what it is that you're jumping into.
x1Heavy, Southtxhauler420, ladr and 1 other person Thank this.
