Western Express Hair folicle or urine?

as far as it goes this guy is the only person on here saying that western express does hair test

 

Hey guys, the orientation staff was messing with us, Western Express does not do hair follicle tests. I apologise for the the bad info I got. Again, no hair tests at WE. Be safe out there.

 

Hi Phoenix....I am starting at WE on Monday and am hoping you get to see/reply by late tomorrow. I would like to know as much as you can remember from the time you walked thru the door to when you got done with all training....specifics like what they asked for (paper wise), things they tested in physical and/or DT, and then how long you were out after being hired on before you got to come back home. Before anyone gives me backlash....I don't care to be out for 5 or 6 weeks....it's just that I recently had a child come into my life and, of course, that makes you feel different about wanting more hometime. Also, as for a job, this is pretty much my very last chance. Believe me, WE wouldn't be my first choice, or anywhere on my list of companies to drive for.

 

I was in my own truck in 2 weeks but I had driving experience just needed load securement but physical is normal bp check urine test and that's it and you have to lift tarp twice but nothing to it

 

Don't pay any attention to these prejudice people. Just ignore them. I just went through the whole orientation and am with a trainer now. It's just a pee test. Hair follicle is expensive. Western is cheap and needs drivers badly.

 

Any confirmation on the hair test thing? Bc i need to grow my hair id it is. Done gor turned down once bc of it. No drugs just crew cut so too short to cut

 

They can take it from anywhere else..it's 1.5" of hair.

 

They can? Ive never had a hair test before so no clue plus my brother was thibking bout getting his cdl and joining me but itll be a while for him.

Just to see what kind of screwed by brother is on this. How long does the test go back?
