I bought a 2006 Volvo V12 about 7 months ago. To date I have replaced the Turbo and Exhaust Brake. Now I am getting a blueish gray smoke when I start from an idle. No smoke upon starting just after I drive some and then stop and go again. Seems sluggish when I am pulling a load too. When the smoke appears it is really bad smelling and I can actually smell it in the cab. Any ideas?? I am so over taking this to the Volvo dealer and costing me $$$ without first knowing what it may be and maybe I can fix it on my own. I replaced the Exhaust brake on my own so I am mechanically inclined just not really sure what else could be causing this problem. Only worked 4 out of the 7 months I've owned it!! I appreciate any insight!
