96" max width right?
-
I remember my first time there, I hit the toll before you hit the tunnel and it said on the sign that I was over the height clearance, so I l pulled over to the dot station and no body was home. So #### it right. Luckily I had no problem but boy did my ### hole pucker and I slid as low as I could in my seat when I hit that tunnel
rank Thanks this. -
Something else I remembered about that area. It used to cost me I think $10 to drive a mile on that darn toll rd to get to the Elkton TA

96" width on the old Harbor Tunnel,I-895.Used to 102" until the Ft.McHenry tunnel opened,I-95.And if you go I-95 North to Elkton,it's $48.00 for 5 axles across the Susquehanna Bridge.

So you're the one that knocked half the ceiling down? I saw your handiwork when I went through there on my way home from work tonight.

Yes sir.
They look for trailer sticking out past the drive tires and will spot you a mile away. -
Kind of sucks when you have a pick on the north side of the harbor and another at Amports on the south side and can't take 895

Good pit beef sandwich in Baltimore? I like Chaps at 5801 Pulaski Hwy. (rt. 40) just off 895. There's also one in Aberdeen. As far as excellent crab cakes go, just about anywhere in Baltimore. If they try serving anything else, well, let's just say they'll find out how mean the streets of Baltimore can be.

Like I said you could in the old days, not now.I have picked up at Amports, and jumped on 895 South though, there is a ramp there. They don't seem to care about that. You're not going through the tunnel, and you're paying the toll, and no cop booth to deal with.rank Thanks this.
