People are herd animals. Having been on BBS and fora for going on 25 years, the most prolific posters often have a very big need to find a way to make other people's lives more terrible than their own, or seem that way and talk #### about things they know little or nothing about, save regurgitating what is already likely 3rd hand info. Every new driver needs to put in the time, like you said, to try and squeeze out two years experience, and then go find some place hopefully better. Whether the first two years is good or bad, the big "terrible" companies are the first ones to try to grab inexperienced drivers. It's the way things work. Whether someone says a company is ####, or not, is irrelevant. If they're the only ones that will hire you, you drive for them. If the "experts" were looking to help, they'd tell you who they are driving for and who to talk to, but then that would allow a new driver to start "winning" before they deserved it or for some other self esteem issue they have, right? Can't have that ########! You have to get ####ed over like the "vets" did - it makes them feel better about their lives!
It's not hard to see the ones who are willing to help and the other losers who just like to talk ####. Ignore the ######## and drive where you can drive. It's only two years and the time goes by faster than you think it does. There's a reason why most drivers have multiple companies they've worked for.
Newbie truckers. Don't work for these companies. Heed my warning!

. . . and you started there as a zero day driver? What's the company?rward75 and TequilaSunrise Thank this.

It's probably based in never-never-land and run by Unicorns.rward75 and trucker3205 Thank this.

I like the workflow system. What is your issue with it?
-
It's just annoying... They basically just took a portion of the office's work, and shifted it to the driver. I dislike having to wait for 30min at 300am to complete workflow when I arrive for a live unload and its drop/hook. Only perk to the system was automatic detention pay.

Ahh, I fill out seal number and rarely a BOL number. Reduce macros you have to pull up, fill out, then send (are you sure? Yes/No). Makes my job as an IC smoother. As soon as one load finishes no wait on a dispatcher to process and activate next load, I just do it myself.Coolbreeze100 Thanks this. -
Meh, my sentiments are "One man's trash is another man's treasure".
This why I do my best to just post factual information in reviews. That way the reader can form their own opinion.rward75, G13Tomcat, Lonesome and 1 other person Thank this. -
I have to agree, and not everyone is walking in the door with baggage, and if you have baggage, your baggage will differ from someone else's. I do read reviews, but always keep in mind there are 2 sides to every story, and the truth is somewhere between the 2 stories. I despise reviews that just say don't work there with no other comments, it does tell me what they didn't like, which I may like.rward75 and Frank Speak Thank this.
