If you want west coast runs look at Nick Strimbu Inc. (refrigerated div.) in Brookfield,OH
If you want west coast runs and don't want New York City or northeast runs, look at Danny Herman Trucking.
If you want flatbed, look at Britton Transport.
Schuster is the nations largest ice cream hauler.
All the above hire new cdl grads. If website has "experience required", then the website isn't up to date.

You're welcome. There's lots of decent outfits that you won't learn about in cdl school.

I'm really interested in regional run trucking. I've driven long haul in a non-cdl capacity for a few years.

 

Veriha Trucking is regional & home most weekends.
Wil-Trans - eastern states.

Do you have endorsements? If so, there's some tanker companies.

 

I am adding tanker and D/T today before I have my license switched over.

 

Which town/city are you near?

With these you'll be in the $65K+ pay range even as a rookie.

I'm close to Columbus, I live in Marysville. There's lots of Honda related jobs around here but I am not interested in being rangled into their web just yet,if ever. They are known for shady treatment of drivers due to fears of unionizination.
