I just sold my truck and I'm looking to buy another truck and I was wondering if any other owner operators have bought these Glider Kits they seem like a great deal don't have to worry about that emissions crap anymore

I just bought one Monday. They are bare bones and not sure how well maintained but mine is fairly low mileage and cheap enough I can make it what I want. So far I'm pleased. But some miles down the road we will see??

Ya. I'm going to leave mine stock for now but if it's working good in the spring take it to diesel spec for a custom tune

I would definitely go with a gliderange the series 60 is a great dependable motor. Only thing I would say is 40k seems touch high. I just bought a 13 386 that's loaded and has 17k in add ons (trip pack, and another thing I need for my specialized hauling.) 485k miles. I paid 41k. I realize I have emissions to deal with but for 4500$ I can have deleted and only have 45.5k into it.
