Yeah getting it last month will hurt bad with any company. I would say five Carolina Cargo a call. The pay isn't good they are a second chance company and will get your foot in the door.

Three? Maybe its changed, but last I knew of, you lose your CDL for life after the second one.
I had one years ago. Your CDL is revoked for a year and I had to retest to get it back. Written, driving, the whole shooting match. As has been mentioned, some companies will never touch you after that. When I got mine back, I went in the wrecker business for a few years. That's generally a high turnover, low entry field. Its usually 3-5 years after the fact to find a decent company that'll hire.
You might luck out though, who knows. Used to work with a guy who had a similar situation. Court lost his paperwork after his arrest so legally it never happened and it never went on his record. I'd keep my eyes open and my mouth shut for awhile until you see how this is going to play out. And don't drink and drive anymoreLepton1 Thanks this. -
you can get a diversion program etc to avoid the penalties in some states.

(Tongue in cheek)
If you build up sufficient positive karma you can be hired within three lifetimes. -
Still try Carolina Cargo but if they will nit hire you nobody will die a few years
