    Yeah, dealer said to replace clutch is 15 hours labor. Besides clutch they also suggest to replace hydraulic cylinder for it. Clutch it only $1200. I don't know how much is that cylinder thou.

    cylinder is around 1000 make sure they replace disc and pressure plate

    Can those I-shift flywheels be re-surfaced? If so, do you know the max. amount of material that can be machined?

    I do not but can find out they can be redone. If u need to replace one there is a company in cali that has them pretty reasonable price not and arm and a leg like the dealer
