I was just up in ND, worked for some fella said he owned Cimarron Energy & Logistics. Supposed to be a registered company in Cheyenne, WY. was never registered. the name on his lease agreement is Cimarron Capital. on the 13th load, I was met by the repo man. apparently, had leased trailers and not paid the lease. I filed a claim for my wages, here is the kicker for all of you fellas looking for jobs up there. ND is taking 10 months to even look at a claim for wages.

Stanley is very close to Newtown. be careful on the reservation. the indians don't pay their help and the tribe really doesn't care

That's not true I filed a wage claim at the Department of Labor in Bismarck and if you do exactly what they tell you on the website and then call them I was paid within a month. I don't know where all of you get your stories from?

Do your research on companies and make sure they're not fly-by-night . will be just fine

Dynamic support services is not an Indian company anyway. The owner is from Nevada.

Yes I really had a great visit with them, they seem to be a well run down to earth company. I'm still weighing my options, as I have no urgent need to get back to work, for once in my life I can afford to take my time and really think about my options and opportunities.....

Dude. I felt so bad for you guys when that went down. I work dispatch for the outfit y'all were running for, just floored me when that happened to you guys. Crummy deal, and I hope things work out for you.
