I AGREE RICH LOGISTICS IS THE WORST

Sometimes I wonder if people communicate in the real world like they do online.

Not to mention you have to wait for a truck, but then get a phone call from Keith screaming why you turned down a load... Well maybe cause I didn't have a truck and your sorry lazy dispatchers wanted to play favorites and not give out the next available truck cause people take keys home so no one else can drive them. So what was I supposed to do, attach the trailer to my belt loop?

 

Everything anyone said about rich logistics is true!!!!! They also promote racism and discrimination against some drivers I know a guy that's suing them right now I hope he wins to teach them a lesson!!!!!

 

I had gotten sick and couldn't work... called them and let them know. I even told them when I come back I'll bring a Dr note with me...Well needless to say, they fired me and didn't have the nerve to call me and tell me. I kept in touch with them every single day.. like who does that crap.. Oh wait.... RICH LOGISTICS... so I was pissed... I filed for unemployment (even though I have a job) and RICH lied and said I did a no call no show... They are idiots if they think that people don't have phone records.... but I've got actual recorded conversations.

 

I looked a them once

Yes he is.. He had the nerve to have someone call me and ask me why I denied a load one night. I had to ask him how I was supposed to take the load... attach it to my belt loop cause I had to wait 5 hours before a truck was available. He surely didn't like my response after I heard the big wig in the background cussing and fussing..
