    It's not mine lol it belongs to the company
    Edit: they can fire me put a service failure on my DAC and leave me finding a way home for refusing a load I can legally and safely deliver

    Didn't know we were arguing or not arguing now I am confused but I am also considering going to DMV and getting hazmat next time off after all they reimburse up to 94 bucks and I GA it's not much more the that

    Well OP, it may be their truck but it is your cdl and your right to refuse the load.

    Check and see how GA. does it, In IL. you must pay $86.50 to have your fingerprints done first and wait about 4 weeks for TSA clearance before going to DMV to take test
