LPG condensate is a catch all for wet gas-drip gas, other names it has been given over the yrs. Natural and valuable part of industry. Shipped in tankers and considered same as crude by LEOs and others in the area. No pressure involved like the LPG {propane/butane} everyone is thinking of. Shipper needs to be told to change BOL before next load. They are providing him the wrong info. Of course no one is going to mess with him in TX as long as everything else on tanker is in order and crude placards are in place and he drives like a professional.

I'm wondering if it something similar to natural gasoline, a liquid non-pressure gas they use to denature ethanol... I agree with you, it's not as to the book, cut and dry as some seem to think... For example, I have seen drivers placard spent ethanol(with other oil products in it) as 1993. This is also used to denature ethanol at the plants, a less corrosive alternative to natural gasoline.

Think about this condensation is only oil - crude oil that has settled out of the gas flowing through the system.. think water and steam .. steam it nothing but water that has been heated.. gas and oil are the same
