Cummins ism doggin on the hills

    Ok so the truck is a 07 international 7600 cummins ism@425hp(195xxx) 8LL trans and 4:30 rears. Has new turbo new egr valve. Overhead done less then 1000 miles ago. The truck just feels like its dogging up hills. Theres no engine light coming on and turbo boost is alittle over 35psi. Is there anyone on here that knows this motors ins and outs??????
