    I am sure he would bust you if you drove to the skills test with no CDL driver with you.

    Crap, I never thought of actually going to the facility. I was thinking driving school and the DMV came out there to do the testing. Makes more sense now.

    It's the brain damage.... it's more severe then normal tonight

    You can get a ticket any time you are operating a vehicle. The fact that you're on a DMV skills test, is of no relevance to the police. The State's position would be, that you should have reasonably known you were violating a traffic law. That would be under the presumption that you're a Class A driver. If you did not yet receive your Class A license, but you're cited for something only relevant to Class A vehicles, you could have a defense to the ticket. Get a lawyer

    How could you possibly get a ticket during the skills test , you never even leave the parking lot for the skills test and 80% of the time you are in reverse
