Starter for 60 see Detroit

    If your delco is in fact a 39mt then yes mine all did that clicking.

    I fixed it thou, by taking that stupid relay off the starter. Hook your hot wire from the key crank on truck side direct to the seliniod on starter.

    I did that a little different. Put a forklift or other little heavy duty relay on the firewall. That still gets rid of the stupid and is easier on the the trucks electrical system.

    Most trucks have a big relay on the firewall already.

    This is why i take the one on the starter off. You dont need relays on top of relays.
