    Is it a 48'? It should be with 29' in the well. 48' trailers are exempt from KPRA laws. Make sure you lift the flip (if it has one) if you're not permitted. This is easy stuff that you should already know if your getting into the RGN market. Oversize permits are far more complex than KPRA.

    On our Talbert RGN, you just have to permit the length in TN. It's legal as-is in some states but it's too long in TN. It mostly stays in TN so we just buy the annual permit.
