Frequency Counter

Picked up a new toy from Steel Rod's in Indiana I-65 exit 201. $32 with tax. I know I don't necessarily need this to use the radio, but it looks nice and I can see what those mystery channels are in the different bands.
I noticed the sixth digit changes sometimes. On channel 19, it can alternate between two and three. Is this a problem, or is that error negligible with a.m. radio? (No SSB on the General Lee.)

I can't find a chart that goes to 6 digits. Do I assume channel 19 is 27.1850?

 

Could it be the radio? Or definitely the counter.

 

Ah 10-4. I found this chart to six digits, as well. Let's be honest, you and I both know this is more for decoration then function. Although I do like to know that things work properly.

Kelly Poots worked on it in October and said he made sure it was aligned. That's all I could tell you.
The counter was sitting with the other used radios/equipment at Steel Rod's shop.
If the radio is off by 0.00003 MHz, does that really effect AM?
