I work for Knight Transportation so I'll answer your questions as to how knight would meet your needs.
1. good hometime
You'll get home often, but not stay home long. A 34 at home every 7 days or so
2.good pay for a good days work.
.33 a mile w/4 months of experience. They have finally started paying for experience so you'll have to check with them on what you would start at.
3. need affordable health insuranse for my family.
$70 a week for spouse and kids. Good insurance and large provider network thru Signa.
4. good equipment i am tired of driving junk trucks.
670 Volvo's and 379/387/388 'pete's. They don't keep anything past 400k miles and do a good job on keeping up the equipment.
5.no ny city runs.
Non forced Dispatch
6.a company wher i can at least earn a little respect.
Keep dreaming -
