Not to worry. You can't change the past nor predict the future; so you just do your part the best you can.
NEVER EVER let your dispatcher push you. Most of them are just punks outta college anyway.
Always slow and easy...better to get there late than not at all...

This isn't bashing you but more or less the attitude.

Get over it, tell the truth. DO not worry about your MVR or anything else, what pops up, pops up.

Apply to any and all companies you find, even if you think they are horrible. Get back into the drivers seat and learn form the incident.

Coming here trying to justify or find answers may be ok but it may be what many will perceived that you're crying will just waste your time, you need to start applying.

Also as I tell my potential drivers, take a smith safety course, get the paper work to provide proof and use that on the apps.

 

If a wrecker hooked to you, it is a DOT reportable accident.

 

Go to the DMV get a copy of your records.
