Is millis transfer still a good company too work for

Yes, that's with state and federal taxes, and 5% taken out for 401k.

 

Would be a lot easier for people to understand if you put the gross and not net.

They're a starter company, where you get a chance to get your cdl and get experience, they upped the pay rate, and made training pay better, so there's a pro. The cons are the same with all training companies.
