I have had no problems. Great customer service and reasonable hold times (had to call about 6 times for non problem matters). Over 30 gigs this month (restarts tomorrow), still running fast and smooth.

No throttling. Just network management. Meaning: Slowed to 3G if over 25 gigs AND your area network is congested. Those under 25 gigs are put to the front of the line. After congesting your back to 4G speed. Have not experienced a slow down (even during peak times) in these 12 months. Suburban area outside of Denver.

Before hitting the road I plan on getting a cheap ($50), over the counter (Walgreen or Walmart) Verizon pay as you go phone in case of an emergency, where there's no coverage, I'll have a plan B. An area that one doesn't cover, the other one might. From what I've been witnessing T-Mobile and Verizon are atop the "coverage" battle/debate. T-Mobile was easially winning the "data" battle until today (or yesterday); when Verizon dropped a data plan that resembes T-Mobile.

grab it if you can. I use 60-80 gig's a month.... yes i'm grandfathered in unlimited data

the only downside to the new unlimited data plan is they slow you from 4g to 3g after 22gb

I use 73BG last month. You'll need as much data as possible, specially if you don't plan on buying a TV for your truck. And I would recommend you to look past Verizon, there unlimited will probably cost you half of your week pay. I have unlimited cricket for $65/month after being with AT&T for 5 years. 48 states and no problem with coverage except a little of Nebraska and Montana. Good luck brother!

I grab a gig data a day. Sometimes I use more sometimes less. I like to watch tv on my data. I also use free data at my yard, otherwise if I didn't I'd use maybe 60g a month. I try to use a gig a day though if I'm not on a free wifi usuage.
