Hey @Ozdriver did you check and see if air is seeping through the air line itself. I know on strata flex and air quip lines after some age they start to allow air to seep through the length of the line sometimes.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

I located one on my truck and it was the leveling valve itself. Leaking around where the leveling arm pivots in the valve. Did not leave bubbles right away but 30 minutes later there were also kinds of bubbles there.

It only got sprayed because I heard air from the fittings but wanted to be sure which one was leaking. Turned out to be two fittings and the leveling valve. Could not hear the leveling valve itself.

True that. I had that happen on the Horton air line once.

I've given up for a few days, but I'll be completely isolating the air suspension system from the tank as the next step, even though the airbags stay up. Yes, it could be from the tank to the valves, I've got a left and right valve.

@Ozdriver did you ever narrow down and find your air leak?

No I didn't! It's got me beat. It loses all air overnight and goes from 120 to 60 in about 2 hours. I'll just have to wait until it gets worse. I've got near enough everything to fix it on the road if I have to. The airbags stay up for days.

    SAR Thanks this.

@Ozdriver a shop I turned wrenches at years ago had a smoke machine for finding leaks in the EVAP system. It worked pretty slick to find the leak in a low pressure system, put the smoke to it and see where it's leaking...Might be an option if you can find one .

    Ozdriver Thanks this.
