Is millis transfer still a good company too work for

I understand you were just asking a question. I guess my reply was more along the lines of if you have already decided to go with a company and are just asking that after having made that decision you could very well be making the wrong decision and maybe you need to take the time to do a lot more research before making that decision.

There is a boatload of information on Millis here on this forum, plus company website (admittedly, there's doesn't say a whole bunch like some others but it says more then some do too), YouTube and some other places that will give you a really good picture of what the company is like, but there is no cut and dried answer to the pros and cons as everyone has a different situation and different priorities. What one person thinks is the best thing since sliced bread could be the thing that makes another driver change companies. That's what that long list of questions is for that you ask about when talking with the recruiter, to get some type of feel for if it's going to be a decent fit. Take all that information and compare it with everything here and the other places and start averaging things out to see the overall picture.

 

Expedition, go to YouTube and look up TruckerWho. He drives for Millis and has 350+ videos, shows his day to day experiences.

 

I agree with Jebster. TruckerWho has great videos. I guess I'm weird, but I've watched every single one of his videos. Gives you much insight into how Millis runs and operates. I have found a local driving job that pays well, but if I went OTR, it would be with Millis. I came to that conclusion primarily because of TruckerWho's videos. I think they're a great company.

They have big trucks ( joking) . They have Kenworth T880 and Freightliner for regional drivers ( I think). I believe they have fridges but not sure on the tv's.
