I never took very many pictures of it for some reason. It was a great truck to run to the west coast with though. 2ws 3406e 550, rtlo 18913, 3:55 eatons. It rode great and had plenty of room.....

Wait... Do you have a functioning driver's door that isn't bent or cracked? Body wise that's my next project.

Yeah, i never liked how the doors shut on those trucks (T2000/ 387 pete) they use the same door, but my doors are still good. Not cracked or tore up at all. Truck had 820,000 on it when it dropped a valve. Tore the head and 1 cylinder up. So i pulled the motor, rebuilt it and the tranny and used it in one of my other trucks.

The cab is still setting on the frame rails.

I drove a T2000 for a month right after I got my cdl in the winter of 07. That truck was so drafty I had to wear my jacket in it with the heater on full blast to keep warm. Never cared for them much since but if it gets the job done I can't really complain much.

One thing i can say i actually did like about mine was, the floor was 2 inches thick of fiberglass. Almost the entire cab is fiberglass, but mine was really quite inside. It was owner op speced with some kinda extra insulation package too i was told.

That must be the Alaska Package I have heard about. When it comes time to install a new driver seat I will lay down some insulation on the floor.

When I put new carpet in my truck I put Hushmat down first. Made a big difference for noise and temperature.
