I know there are a few recent threads on A&R and most who work there seem to really enjoy it, but how is the Fort Worth Terminal? Anyone have personal experience there? Is the work good, as in more loaded than empty miles? Do some system drivers still get home every weekend?
Any and all advice and experiences are welcome, thank you.

Nope...I was supposed to be heading to Columbus and on my way there they told me to come to Morris, I was on the phone with you heading to Morris.

Interesting I once deadheaded almost 900 miles from TN to TX. They must have finally figured out that is not very profitable

Typically if you are a system driver they get you home on the weekends because they don't want you to restart on the road. They also have local out and back work in Fort Worth. I have been told that the terminal manager is a good guy but can be very strict. It's a relatively small terminal. If you run out and back loaded/empty is obviously 50/50. Typically system drivers are loaded 70-80% of the time depending what area you are runningQuietStorm Thanks this.
