Have you connected yr truck to other trailers as a test? If you got the same problem, then I would guess you have an issue in yr airline(s).

You will want to post this question in "the trucks ( eighteen wheeler)" section to get more responses.

Probably the valve that releases the air when you take the foot off the pedal. Had one go bad on a Mack tractor and not completely release the brakes on the tractor. Probably located on the trailer.
If you really press down on the pedal hard does it release then? If I would step softly it would stick. Someone has to be under there looking while brakes are applied and released. -
Could be bad Tractor Protection Valve.

I just hooked my truck to a diffrent trailer and its acting the same way.once i tap my brakes just slightly the brakes lights on both truck and trailer stays on and locks up the brakes.after like 45 seconds they release.i have tried basically everything i can think of and no luck.

I tested the the tractor protection valve and its working fine.its supplying air to the traliler and onces i unhook it and release the trailer emergency knob its poping out

Yes i have and with a diffrent trailer its still doing the same so i know the problem is on my tructor

Well if your in a cold climate I would check for a freeze up.
