Any others out there with this problem? I’m taking B vitamin complex and magnesium, are there any other ways to calm hand tremors? I’m trying to pass a DOT Physical and I’m afraid it might cause me to fail.

I guess it would depend on what is causing the tremors..........chronic health problems, nerve damage, fatigue, Etc. I would contact a physician and find the actual cause and see if they could help you, prior to showing up to DOT physical and ending up in the FMCSR data base will a failed physical. Years ago nothing was tracked, but these new "certified" DOT doctors report into a central data base.

I went through this starting in 2012 I finally hung it up in Dec of that year. I have Epilepsy and one of my very first issues was my right hand shaking. I also had to give up my drivers license and today only have a state issued ID. Hopefully this will not be your outcome.

I do not have anything wrong with me, I've had testing done, I'm just a really nervous person and I hate doctors lol
