That what I am going to do. I am going to let some stranger pull the covers off of my truck.
Are you for real thinking a guy would let you do that.

You have recieved many good posts.
I want to reinforce that people have abused many a good western star. I think they are nice trucks right up there with Pete, KW etc. But over the years so many have kicked the WS trucks and abused them really badly as if that was a old Brigader General they hate so much. (If you never seen or drove a BG, consider yourself lucky.)
Trucks should not be abused as some of the WS's ive seen.
The other posters have written pretty much what I would have said to you but with a much better quality, I would go over very carefully what they have to say.
There is one more thing.
You stated a ability to pay 5 figures in cash. To me to do that online even though you use a handle etc makes you such a attractive target. I don't know about you but I would not do that again anywhere online, saying you have that ability to generate that much cash. People have been killed for it.
Don't pay cash for Business. Or that kind of purchasing, ever.
That is all I have for you tonight. I don't want to waste any more of your time other than what has been consumed in trying to teach you about cash and also about the high quality of posts you have already recieved.heartlessangel7, nax and Lepton1 Thank this. -
Have his bank wire the money to the sellers bank.

Where is it posted so I can check it out?
What's the mileage? -
Did you find it?

The only reason a guy won't is he doesn't want you to see a worn cam, or he knows so little about an engine he thinks removing the rocker covers can hurt an engine. Either way, that's a dude you don't want to buy from.
-
I didn't see this one but I've got to ask this -
How does one with hardly any mechanical knowledge of a truck determine what the cams look like without knowing what a cam is.
Stop watching that clown idiot on youtube, he has a lot of bad info about buying a truck - A LOT OF BAD INFO.x1Heavy Thanks this.
