Watkins-Shepard Acquired by Schneider

Check your pay boys, I got shorted over 100 miles total in 2 trips. This is starting to get really old. Never happened until this new payroll crap. And has happened 4 times since we started it. Bout time to look for a exit strategy I think.

 

Steve Hatten, the boss, just let us know that we have to clear out out trucks for hometime so they can be used as backups. Basically slip seating. Well, #### that. Nail in the coffin. I'm outta here.

I've always cleared my expensive items when I went on hometime.

 

I do too. But I still have hundreds of dollars in smaller items.

 

Im done. Nobody will be in my truck but me. I am not spending time cleaning it out, then having to clean it where some nasty ### has been in it. Sorry not happening. Especially when I have hometime every week.
Found my new job today. Going to a small company still running paper logs. Out and straight back home. So midweek hometime as well as every weekend

 

That is the same policy as Schneider. They have had that for years.

 

Getting more and more like Schneider every day. They will be micromanaging before long lol.
