I wonder if there is one or more clown drivers going around purposely dropping trailers too high. I just made a video about this yesterday.

I hate hooking up at cactus and at Tyson in Nebraska. The one in Nebraska they put the loaded trailers on a pad where when you back up you're at a decline. So you HAVE to crank it way down to hook up. And when you get under your suspension gauge is sky high because the tandems are all the way back AND you're at a downward slope.

Cactus is the same but not as dramatic on the slope. Just a pain in the ###.

Tyson in Lexington went straight to the top of my "piss off ya wanker" list when I picked up a load there a month or so ago. Just as you described, nose end of the trailer pointed down hill, and me standing in 3 inches of water and mud cranking 4.5 million pounds of slaughtered farm animal parts up so I can get my tractor underneath the trailer. After spending what seemed like an eternity getting hooked up, proceeded to the scale where the load was 4klbs over on the tandems for a load going to CA. So after dropping the trailer in a nice dry spot near the gate so they could rework the load, 4 hours goes by and they're done moving weight around. Wanna guess where they put the trailer after they were done? Yup, right back in the same spot where I'm hooking up again in water and mud. That day made Baby Truck Driver Jesus weep...

The WCC required load locks, but have no clue how I'm going to any in as the pallets are loaded to the door. Good thing is it's only 34k lbs.

    JTT and Kamkor Thank this.

But they expect the load delivered on time, regardless of their delays.

    There's US395 but I think it's length restricted south of 84.
