Alberta oilfield driving jobs

I couldn't help notice the amount of oilfield jobs on kijiji is way up right now. Mostly fluid hauling.

 

the -30 has screwed up our trucks, the wells we go to and the disposals

been a gong show.

Kijiji in the Maritimes is starting to fill up with patch job offers again. Can anyone guess who the main companies are that are 'hiring' .... ? LOL

 

Can anyone tell me ehat CEDA is like to work for? I see they are looking for class 1 drivers for b train tanks, highway work.can anyone tell me what all involved in this. Thanks in advance.

 

Trican and Calfrac were hiring. Good luck with that. Busy for a few weeks, get your green hat dirty then sayanara til winter. Maybe they call you back, maybe not.

Patch isn't stable right now. Lots of good guys won't touch it still it's stable. People have got fixed up with other work back in the world. Johnny ain't going back to Nam any time soon. That work's for fools and suckers. Let the next batch of raw recruits get conscripted. Get ready to write your letter back home to Momma. Starts with "this is bull crap". Next paragraph says something like "I think I'm gonna get killed here Momma".

Take one of those jobs, you probably will.

I talked to two Maximum drivers out of Grande Prairie 2 weeks ago and they said things have been crazy for them, for almost two months. They both said they were looking for drivers in a bad way. Not sure about the spring melt though . . .
