Files look good on the MD5... WalMart is different, but could be a different version I have.

so here is my problem, my tablet started going crazy the other day. Random images for buttons, randomly crashing, showing destinations 600 MI away as 1.5 MI as soon as it starts. I did a reset per the instructions on page 35 (post 388 I think) and now it will not update at all. It shows it downloading the 1.5MB RM services update for a split second and then nothing. Is there a way to blow this thing away ad start over like it came out of the box or maybe I'm missing something.

 

Page 43 last post do those steps.

Rm services and RM launcher are short downloads.

Thanks for the reply Mark. I tried that and it still doesn't seem to like it. At one point earlier when I was troubleshooting this it did try to down load the 3GB update but did it in 5 seconds and just installed the toll data. Honestly the last time I had this issue I just did the update from an SD card, but I can't seem to find the website where I got it last time. Rand has it hidden well.

 

Try factory resetting the tablet. If that does not work contact RM CS for an exchange.
