CRST 8 month contract...worth breaching?

I just told them that I think I might have to get a lawyer

 

The one guy toldetold today that they will pay me the 0.30 that is not what they pay at first and I asked him to put him self in my shoes and if he signed papers saying that he was going to be make something then get your check and it's not what you signed how would you feel and what would you do he stopped talking after I said that and change the subject

 

Ok say I get a lawyer do I get one from nj where I'm from or Iowa where crst is at

 

That's about normal. Even if he agrees with you he's going to stick to the company line.

Once you get experience a lot companies will say with your experience we'll pay you xyz and then when you get to orientation they'll say, "Well we can only verify this, which means we can only pay you this."

Then you're a 24 hr bus ride from home and another two weeks from starting at a different company over a penny or two a mile.

A large number of drivers take it on the chin and work and that's why the cycle repeats its self over and over.

 

Last I heard she was going back. Haven't heard anything since then.

 

Dunno and to the other poster just be sure an attorney don't do you in.

 

Gonna have to be where HQ for them would be.

I'd just apply for another job. Deal with the debt for cdl training later. Happens every day with CRST. How much experience do you have?
