Really I would just move on. It is your word against theirs and she didn't deny the card, but just wanted additional proof from your doc.
Remember it is not really her place to say yep just because you feel she should.
On the other hand she could have failed you right then and there and then you would have to deal with not having a valid med card.
Medical Card Issues...WTF

This is no different than the Megas that have their in house clinics for DOT physicals. They are big on having anyone without a pencil neck do a sleep study, and are they are glad to refer you to the clinic that will get you right in and pick your pocket in the process.
NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
Well, yesterday I filed a complaint with the State of Texas and with the clinics corporate office. Not everyone will agree but it was what I felt was necessary at this time. The company that I am contracting with has also filed a complaint. They also compensated me for the money I had to spend on an office visit with my personal doctor and for the time I spent handling the matter for which I was very grateful and very surprised. Next I am going to the OOIDA doctor review link to provide a review

This is why I see my own DOT doc for my physical and pay for it out of my pocket.
Any company that won't accept a valid physical that was lawfully-issued by a DOT-registered doc can go #### themselves.
There is no legal or regulatory reason why a driver has to get a new physical from the company monkey when he comes onboard.NavigatorWife, Mattflat362 and Sublime Thank this. -
Only time i ever see a doc is when i need to renew my med card. Or some other purpose. Usually at a clinic.NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
These small places work like a barber shop ...so much $$$ per head
They may be locking you into a card for 1 year just for revenue.
Get a second opinion...and your 2 year card back if it works out
Its all about the money nowadays I suspect
I dont trust none of themNavigatorWife Thanks this.
