Dye, if you can find some long boards or planks and build up you drop off point.
    Makes the transition more gradual

@passingthru69, I didn't take a picture of the ones I made to unload but I really used boards everywhere to change angles. I got it unloaded today without incident, still felt a little sketchy however.

Now with 2 hours of sleep (in my idling diesel F-350) since 6AM yesterday, I got the bumper back on minus a few bolts and got the car moved to where I need it. Next step is to detail the thing and then liquidate that liability (or "asset" as a bank would call it).

I shouldn't have to transport it again. Also having some electrical issues with the trailer now that need to be taken care of. One step at a time, hahah.

I finally have some loads that I can post pictures of.
First is a 15'2" tall 38' in the well air plane part. We got to retarp this one after the first driver didn't put any padding on it and shredded a lumber tarp in the first day. (Disclaimer I don't take any responsibility for the rear tarped piece. I'm not sure why a guy would tarp the box sideways.) IMG_2479.JPG IMG_2481.JPG
And my backhaul of empty pallets which required more chains and binders then the oversize load. #### short chains.

This looks familiar. Same frame I moved last Monday. It's galvanized now.

14ft wide back to WI. Threw the mag lights on since it's a bit foggy.

Do they normally span that big a gap with single thick dunnage? Seems like it warrants bigger cribbing

PeteyFixAll, Razororange and Ruthless Thank this.
