Mass Pike East just prior to mm73 - any info?

I was tearing ### back from Connecticut this morning and prior to the Sturbridge (I84) exit there was a semi perfectly flopped over onto the shoulders guard rail.

No responders present.

And i wasn't going to lay on the brakes - even tho this may have warranted 'just cause'.

My phone shows an 'Emergency call' @ 0057 to the MA State Police - after my double take and WTF moment.

Just wondering if anyone has any 411?

I feel a bit guilty.
Best case scenario (it's been raining all night): He hit the soft berm and flopped over....

 

Lol, it's possible.
I haven't found anything on it, so it must not have been major.... and while it was a long night, I know I wasn't hallucinating.
