Are you the guy I spoke with at the hotel in Eden on Wednesday morning? Either way, congrats on passing!

You're welcome man. Fantastic job today. How soon are you gonna go grab your new license? Because after that it's just a quick ride with Bill and you're driving!

Wassup party people, time for my daily update. This morning went incredibly smooth. I had targets in mind for every step of today, to keep myself focused and moving quick, because I knew I might be tight on time at the end of the day. I got to the DC when I wanted to, was gone when I wanted to be, and arrived at the Menards store within 15 minutes of when I was planning to be there. Perfect so far. The guys at the dock worked really quick and had me unloaded in good time. Awesome. I had exactly 3 hours left on my clock, which left me with plenty of maneuverability. Dispatch told me to go to the Trenton terminal. Uh oh....tall order with 3 hours left. I pulled into the yard with 1 minute left on my clock. Phew! Thank god I was empty or I guarantee I wouldn't have made it. So now, I'm in perfect position to get a load as soon as my 10 is done. There are always a ton of loads sitting here or at the drop yard. Add to that the text I got from @Coldfire05 saying he passed, and it's been a pretty good day. Now it's time for some paperwork, then bed. Oh, and as a side note....when you leave a Menards DC with a load, they always want an ETA for the store you're going to. This GPS experiment proved it's usefulness. No thought was involved, and I got there exactly when I said I would. I'm gonna call that a win :)

You said in one of your posts you were made of pure perseverance, and I guess you weren't exaggerating. If I spent 24 weeks in a truck with someone else you'd be listening to the murder/suicide story on the radio.

You hung in there and got it done. Congratulations sir, you earned it. Best of luck to you now that you're finally in your own truck.
