Personally I have logged the min. at every function of the job.(fuel, Tarping, scaling pre and post trips etc) The rest is off duty. Who says some one didn't help or do it for you? (The tarping)

Who on earth does that? We could all probably use more exercise than we get but I'd find something better to do than tarp a load that doesn't require it.

I know why certain training flatbed companies have you tarp everything. It reduces the amount of improperly secured load violations which are big CSA points.

Anything you do that's work related must be logged as on duty.How long it takes you to tarp and time you put on your log is you're own business but you must log your work activities.flyby1971 Thanks this.
