I'll see how it rides in the morning and maybe shorten it up. I was trying something new. I liked how you did yours.

If I had started off with that goal, I could've. I figured the rear flap was big enough.

If you get around any Maverick trucks take a look at their tarp jobs. They seem to be very good at that technique.

In that case, I'd throw a couple straps over the rear flap and roll.

Maverick has for sure figured out how to tarp and make it look good. I'm glad I learned from them when I first started flatbedding. Their tarp and securement training are pretty top notch.

    Their tarp training is basically:
    Secure corners
    Secure middle
    Secure ends

I think we spent 1 day practicing tarping. As well as them showing us how they fold them using the rub rail which I still can't remember how to do. Their tarp training actually mostly comes from being with the driver trainers. I skipped that part. Didn't tarp many normal things anyways since I always hauled glass.

It's actually pretty simple. They teach how everything is a box. Doesn't matter what shape it is if you can tarp a box you can tarp almost anything.

Tarping usually takes me longer than it should because I focus a bit too much on trying to make it look nice. Tarping a load of glass usually took 2+ hours after getting it secured. Those tarps didn't flap an inch though going down the highway.
