Lol. It looks like SNI just found out exactly how much straw it takes to break a camel's back. Not sure taking one piece of will solve the problem but I could be wrong.

man, these guys are the worst for pulling the trigger before they know what they're shooting at.......my first experience was as a company driver when they decided that we couldn't idle above 32 degrees and they put a thingy on the truck to shut it off.........only problem was they didn't take the time to find out / check out if the Espar was working correctly.........absolutely froze my nertz off in PA .

it is for nertz......I'm thinking somewhere in the 45 degree range, but I'm not a gynecologist, so I can't say for sure

Letter says 2022, but the comment at the bottom still brings up epa2010 engines. Waiting on word back from my ICA BOA about that now.

    sealevel Thanks this.

The engine issue has been in place for a while...those who have one and have been here are grandfathered in..

    Dear Owner Operator,

As you know, Schneider previously communicated to Owner Operators that, as of August 1, 2018, Schneider would only do business with Owner Operators that had an active and functioning Collision Mitigation System (“CMS”) on their vehicle(s). We have received significant feedback from Owner Operators regarding the practical challenges presented by the August 2018 timeline for CMS. Based upon this feedback, we have re-evaluated and revised our position. The purpose of this communication is to let you know that the requirement for having CMS on your business’ vehicles is no longer August 1, 2018; rather, Owner Operators wishing to continue doing business with Schneider will now have until January 1, 2022 to upgrade to equipment with an active, compliant and functioning CMS.

    nothing about EPA engines.......yea!
