I'm wondering if someone from CA moved to NY and put a bug in the Gov. Paterson's ear? Hummm Guess they will go ahead with the plan to ban trailers longer than 44 ft. To bad for them so many trucks will continue to use the state roads to get to and from their pick up and delivery points. Just one more way to make an already unfriendly trucking state worse. I just wonder how this will afect the trucking companies out of the rest of New England? Be sure it will! That's Ok small trucking will eat the extra miles, higher fuel cost and lower paying frieght...
Let's see... putmore folks out of business, more welfare dollars, health care for their families, who could fault that. We have just added more to our state budget to pay for these folks than we would spend in fixing the road in the first place. Makes good sence to me... But that's just my thoughts...

Nothing like paying $10 for a loaf of bread.
Expect no sympathy from me, when they can't afford to eat in NY.
Higher cost of operations = higher cost of goods. -
MEXIFORNIA and NEW YORK should be boycotted and all truck traffic should immediatly stop going to them places!!!
