    If you watch the commercials
It shows the supplements coating and bathing the joint
    Looked silly
They even sell it for dogs LOL

I have read that cod liver oil is about the best supplement on the market, and it treats many things. It is a main reason that ppl who live in 6 months of darkness near the arctic circles do not have vitamin D deficiencies.

I recently started running and was having problems with achy knees afterwards. I picked up a joint health supplement with glucosamine and chondroitin and some other stuff. I only take half a dose, but my knees don't ache anymore. Maybe it's just mental, but I don't care. It works for me. That's what matters.

I'm glad you posted this, because I had come across additional studies that suggested a few years ago that there is also an increased risk of developing diabetes, associated with this supplementation..

Could it possibly have been your body adjusting to you NEW activity?

i know when I incorporate something new into my fitness regimen, it takes my body a while to adjust, and I often experience aches and pains. After a while though, I can handle it. Maybe it's not mental at all, ...but rather a period of physical adjustment? Since your knees have stopped aching, ...do you still take it? Would you consider seeing what happens if you don't take it?

    Baack Thanks this.

Yeah, still taking half doses. I'll stop when the bottle runs out and see what happens.
