hi. I get new loud. And with papers they give me sticker hazmat.
I check it. And i see that i have one battery in my loud. If I don't have permission for hazmat, it is bog problem. The company told that it is ok. Please help me

Well, it would have to be over the reportable quantity to need to be placarded or considered a hazmat load. Do you know how much weight of hazmat it is? Did the shipper give you placards? What do you mean by a sticker,

It has 940 lbs -
You know, I'm just not sure. I don't want to steer you in the wrong direction. Usually, shipper will always provide placards if needed. Seems to me like it is not a shipment that falls under hazmat but I very well could be wrong. Someone will be along to help. Sorry

Batteries are not hazmat.I hauled a load of batteries and my boss and I went round and round over this.I finally decide to let my boss win the arguement and I hauled that load.

That un is certainly hazmat, but it's under the reportable quantity (1001 lbs) on table 2.

These were open on pallets.I had hazmat endorsement but I didn't get placards and wasn't listed as hazmat on the bill.
