Or... Umm you could stay in the right lane and do the speed limit.
At the end of the year you would have $875 to spend as you like.

    I haven't had a ticket in over 5 years. I'm sure lucky I didn't spend $3175.:biggrin_25512:

    Just bust'en chops.

TVC in my opinion is also a lousy plan. They lump in so many things you never use to justify charging you so much per month. They also hard sell in various truckstops. If it really was any good do you think they would have to be in truckstops selling it? It would take off by simple word of mouth I would think.

It's the same with trucking companys. If you notice that one stops advertising in the trade mags it usually means things got better there and they aren't harvesting drivers anymore.

Have to agree way I read statute is its the states responsibility. The drivers responsibility is to notify his company. And that should be in writing. This being said I'd bet states violate this as is.

Well considering this is the only one I have had to go to court over. First one was tossed out, this being the second one this yr.. Prior haven't had one in 17yrs... So I guess my luck just ran out..

In too big of a hurry??????????? Haste makes waste. In this instance you wasted a lot of money when you pay the ticket....or the lawyer.
