Man beaten at truck stop

Well if the man was a willing participant to the fight then ow well... The man simply got his butt beat and thats that... Guy should not be charged with any crime if you ask me.. Better to see two men using fist to settle a fight then the morons we have nowadays using guns and whatever else...

that's the same truck stop that had the largest cocain bust in WI history last year.

 

That happened two hours before hubby got in last night, and that's the truck stop he usually parks at. It was full last night when he got in, so he parked at a place closer to the house. I think we'll be seeing if it is ok for him to park there every time he comes home!

 

Ya know, much to my own surprise, I tend to agree with you Truckerjo. If you're a big enough idiot to settle things with a fist fight - .. yes.. then you run the risk of getting beat, even to death.

That is a HUGE IF though...... we don't know the details. Perhaps he was being robbed and defending himself. Obviously, that would be a whole other ball o' wax.

 

True, if you get into a fight...be prepared to get knocked out. I NEVER underestimate anyone for sure. The main thing I do is hit hard enough to drop them fast so then I don't have to work so much, LOL. I ain't big and bad, but I can DEFINITELY hit very hard as I don't like to sit there trading jabs, LMAO. Screw that, drop 'em and be done.

I was stupid once, I was running with another driver, we were on a low channel so no one would be bothered and, somehow, this idiot found our channel and started messing with us. I got sick of it and told him I would whip his ###. He said fine, pull into the next rest area. I did and saw him pull in before me. I was walking up to his truck and he took off. I was pissed, LOL. Later I thought about it and thought, #### he could have had a gun...that was stupid. Never did again after that.

Really, I try NEVER to get into a fight as I have paid WAY too much for my teeth!

 

i have to agree on that. be a man and fight fist to fist. but the bigger man knows how to walk away and get that money. now look at the dummy . have to pay bail, a fine, and may spend time in jail. if he has a family, he was not thinking about them

 

who does he work for Lilbit? Before I moved here I spent 6 years wrking for a co on stoughton rd. they moved out to cottage grove on hwy N the last year though.
Personally I'd park over at the pine cone. it looks nasty but it's better then that TA.. lots of problems over there

 

He drives for Celadon. We'll probably look into him parking at the Pine Cone. The good CB shop here in town is at the TS anyway! It's just on the other side of the big road. Who did you work for? We live in the Stoughton RD area near Farm & Fleet.
