    Can you please run this engine serial # 6nz69872, it was supposed to have an inframe done at joplin Pete or something.... Ill have the truck vin # for ya if you could run that.

    I ran the serial number on Cat's database. It was at Joplin Peterbilt on Jan 13,2006 # 522802 miles. Looks like it had a head gasket repair done under Cat Goodwill. Not sure if any additional work was done, thats all the info I could see for that repair. Part number causing failure is listed as 224-5122 which is

    THANKS e500gvr! I ran that number by CAT today and all i was able to get was a head gasket job, these guys are telling me its a full engine rebuild so looks like ill pass on it.
