For those who don't know there is a law out there that allows them to go back to a point and recall the bills paid .I can't talk about what is going on right now but after it is over with everybody will hear the whole story. And I have called JB and they told me that they have nothing to say to me so I have no reason at this time for the termination but I will have one when it is over. But don't think they can't go back and ask for the money back I didn't think they could but my lawyer said they can and he does this for a living. And for those who don't know me I'm disabled with a seizure disorder so I can never drive again. That why I’m on her trying to stop fellow drivers from making the mistake I did.

So they just told you clean out the truck. Kick rocks. Get lost. Beat it. Scram. No reasoning?

Seizure disorder eh? And you don't know why they fired you? I would think that if there's potential for herky jerky goin' on behind the wheel of my truck, you won't be drivin' it for very long.

45K does not sound good to me under any circumstances. Unless you made that while sitting at home. Do you think that most OTR drivers make more than 45K per year? According what I have read on here and the ads in trucking magazines, drivers aren't making that kind of money.

By the way, you never did state where you worked.

this person is trying to say the seizures was brought on from the job and this person was in an accident when the seziure happened.

Please read the other posts of TGarrie383 on jb hunt,

I thought this was the same person as eairler and once the person said about the seziure I knew it was the same person as before.

Ps if I remeber right TGarrie383 is a woman.

I tried to say before maybey the seizures was a pre exisitng medical issue that was not disclosed before but appearantly the person went to the same doctor all the times prior to and for the dot physical.
I even offered up the oppinion that maybey this person went to someone that does not know the person and got the physical and ommitted the seziure issue we all know that there is alot of places that just do dot physicals.
Not all doctors are smart enough about how to properly give a dot physical and all of the disquallifications.

No I’m not a woman I’m a guy and if you knew anything about the DOT rules on seizure disorders you would know when your doctor tells you that you have a seizure disorder he has to report it to the Dot in your state and then your state will send you a letter asking you NO telling you to turn in your CDL ASAP to the nearest office because your CDL is no longer good in the United States I know I have the letter so you can get all the dot physicals you want but there not any good without a CDL.

what? Punctuation? Isn't that a long conversation using play on words extensively?

Whatever it is, it's frequently not used here, for sure.

Mgassel - you may have a point there. Granted, IANAL, but it would seem likely to me that if the employer/insurance company feels they have reasonable suspicion that the employee in question knew about a disqualifying pre-existing condition, they might well be able to go back and rescind the insurance policy retroactively.

My HR expert isn't home, but I'll ask him when he gets here. If I'm wrong, I'll be the first to admit it
