There are attorneys who specialize in getting bs reports taken off your DAC.

For example, you have it removed off your DAC, keep all documents showing it was removed, and you'll have it for proof if you ever need to defend your reputation.

An intelligent, objective employer should be willing to look at ALL the information before passing judgement on an applicant. This is where the documents can be your best friend.

This will be on your DAC not MVR or PSP. Not that big of a deal. Lot of jobs don't look at DAC so in those cases you could be quiet about it.

A lot of drivers have paid the wrecker guy in cash. A lot! But you call your company first your on the hook for the preventable. Drivers are best to have have the attitude, unless it's the company fault, it is always better to solve the problem yourself before involving the company.

    #### happens, I went down a dirt road in West Texas after a heavy rain with 49,000lbs of horse feed 1 Mike from my receiver. The old man has a friend that works for the county and had him bring out the road grader to pull me out.

No injuries or damage. A small tow bill. If you're gonna mess up that's the way to do it.
