Probably headed to the Phuoc Loi Market, on Division Ave, with a big ol' load of squid eyeballs and whale testicles. Who cares if it wasn't refrigerated... LOL. They wanna eat that crap, then let 'em.

I remember there used to be a little Korean restaurant on... Eastern Ave?? Anyhow, they had an outside freezer in the parking lot and had a different dog tied to the handle everyday. They were eventually busted for their "secret menu".

 

Wonder if they had Bushs Beans?? That would make it Howling good.
